Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit on logigame is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may require additional verification in line with our AML compliance procedures.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your logigame account instantly in most cases — usually within a few seconds of completing the transaction. Bank transfers may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate immediately.

logigame does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount transferred. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. logigame absorbs all platform-side processing costs so that your full deposit amount reaches your gaming balance.
Withdrawals & Cashouts

To withdraw your winnings, log in to your logigame account and navigate to the Cashier section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount you wish to cash out, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before submitting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process cashouts. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Processing times vary by payment method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: 1 to 3 business hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1 to 2 business days
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team before being sent. Most requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on a business day are processed the same day. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
